Junior Programs

Bridge Pioneers – Ages 4-8

Designed to introduce our youngest golfers to the game with a fun and seamless approach. Our Teaching Professionals will use a combination of equipment from U.S. Kids Golf and Snag Golf, as well as our state-of-the-art TrackMan simulators. Students will enjoy an engaging and structured curriculum in a unique and positive environment.

Maximum of 2 students per session.

Five-week program: Saturdays 9-10 a.m., 10-11 a.m., 12-1 p.m., 2-3 p.m.; Sundays 9-10 a.m., 10-11 a.m. – $225

 

STEM Mini Lab – Ages 4-8

Supplementary learning of science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) directly correlates to better performance academically. Our STEM Mini-Lab introduces young learners to these fields in innovative, hands-on, inquiry-based lessons. In our laboratory, students learn about topics such as 3-D printing, the scientific method, mathematics, physics, coding and much more, using cutting-edge technology. Our STEM Mini-Lab helps students develop essential skills such as problem solving, critical thinking, teamwork and design. With this enrichment in an outside-of-school setting, our STEM Mini-Lab prepares each student for a future filled with success.

Lesson Summary
The applications for 3D printing are seemingly endless. Objects from action figures to prosthetic limbs are regularly printed and used in everyday life, but how do we tell the printer what we want? Using our Microsoft Surface Pro tablets, students learn the basics of 3-D design while developing their math and technological skills. Students print their designs with our MakerBot 3-D printer and take them home as evidence of their newfound skills and hard work.
