New Bridge Golf Learning Center Features World-Class Video Capability

On Jan. 6, we moved into the new Bridge Golf Learning Center at 33 West 116th Street in Harlem. One of the most exciting features of our new home is the motion-analysis video system.

Mark Connell of JC Video Systems, who also designed the video system at The Bridge in Bridgehampton and has worked on many golf setups and also with Major League Baseball teams, says this is the most advanced installation he’s worked on: “Nobody else in the world has this setup. This facility is just ridiculous.”

The 27-inch monitor is the control station, like a giant iPad. Both screens are on a sliding mount that allows them to move for different room configurations.

A key to capturing high quality video at these shutter speeds (1/3000th of a second) is proper lighting. The latest LEDs provide sufficient light without generating the heat of traditional lights.
